What we collect

When you use Surf Pilot AI we collect: the email address (and Google or Apple ID) you sign up with, the videos you upload, the AI-generated analysis derived from those videos, and basic usage analytics (page views, clicks, errors).

How we use it

Your videos and analysis are used to deliver the coaching feedback you asked for. We do not share your videos publicly. We do not sell your data. We use analytics only to improve the product.

Where it's stored

Videos and analysis live in encrypted-at-rest cloud storage in Google Cloud Platform. Account data is stored in an encrypted-at-rest PostgreSQL database. Backups are encrypted and rotated.

Your rights

You can export, download, or delete your data at any time from inside the app or by emailing us . Deletion is permanent and applies to both videos and analysis.

Third parties

We use sub-processors to deliver the product: Google Cloud (hosting and storage), Twelve Labs (video analysis), Vertex AI / OpenAI (LLM coaching responses), LemonSqueezy (payments), and Brevo (transactional email). Each sub-processor receives only the minimum data needed to fulfil their function.
