Terms of Service

The basics

By creating an account or using Surf Pilot AI you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service. We may update these terms over time; we'll flag material changes via email.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You must be at least 16 years old (or have a parent/guardian's consent) to use the service. Don't share your account; one human, one account.

Your content

You own the videos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them through our AI pipeline so we can give you coaching feedback. We do not train models on your videos without your explicit opt-in.

What you can't do

Don't upload content you don't have rights to, content depicting minors without consent, or anything illegal. Don't try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't attempt to circumvent subscription limits.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles. You can cancel any time from inside the app. Your access continues to the end of the paid period.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. AI feedback is a coaching aid, not a guarantee of results. Surfing is inherently risky and the responsibility for your safety in the water is yours.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
